Delores Crowell

Executive Director at the GFF

Delores Crowell has been in the Atlanta area for over 30 years working in the fields of Public Policy, Sales, Marketing and Governmental Affairs. While holding several executive and management titles she worked with numerous nonprofits and educational institutions distributing millions of dollars over her 27-year career with both BellSouth and AT&T.

Currently she serves as the Executive Director of The Georgia Film Foundation whose mission is to leverage the social and economic force of Georgia’s film industry to promote education and training programs and develop a film industry ecosystem in the State of Georgia.

Prior to her current role, Delores served four years as the Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for DeKalb County Georgia where she worked with the members of the Georgia General Assembly to pass key legislative initiatives supporting major infrastructure and capital investment projects in DeKalb County.

She is a graduate of Leadership Georgia, and Atlanta and has completed several other professional leadership programs throughout Georgia and internationally. Delores has been voted one of Atlanta’s most Influential Women by the Atlanta Business League and has been a recognized leader in the national publication “’Who’s Who’ in Black Atlanta.”

Delores holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from the State University College of New York at Buffalo.

Silvia Videla is the Global Assistant at Georgia Film Foundation. Over 13 years of administrative work experience in several different industries have given Silvia a taste of how the world of logistics and planning work.

At the Georgia Film Foundation, Silvia works along the Executive Director budgeting and implementing resources.
